What is the EO Accelerator?
Think of this as your business grad school, support group, and rocket fuel all rolled into one. The EO Accelerator is a structured learning program created by the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), the world’s only peer-to-peer network exclusively for entrepreneurs.
Our mission is simple: To empower you with the tools, accountability, and community you need to aggressively grow your business.
We don’t just give you a textbook; we give you a roadmap and a co-pilot. We focus on the four critical pillars of business growth:
- Strategy: How to grow your top line sustainably.
- Execution: How to get more done in less time (and with less chaos).
- Cash: How to accelerate cash flow so you don’t burn out.
- People: How to attract and keep the “A-Players” who drive results.
Your equity is yours.
There is a fee to participate in the Accelerator but we will never ask for you equity. Your business is your business!

Do You Qualify?
To ensure every participant gets the most out of the peer network, we have strict entry criteria.
To apply, you must:
- Be the Boss: You must be the owner, founder, or controlling shareholder of your company.
- Show the Numbers: Your business must be generating gross annual revenues between US$250,000 and US$1 million.
The Commitment: What We Expect From You
We’ll be honest: This program works if you work. It is not a passive seminar you play in the background while checking email.
As a participant, you are committing to:
- Quarterly Learning Days: Four full-day workshops per year (one for each pillar: Strategy, Execution, Cash, People).
- Monthly Accountability Groups: You will be placed in a small group of peers (4-6 people) led by an EO Member mentor. You meet once a month to track goals, share deep-dive updates, and hold each other’s feet to the fire.
- Transparency: You must be willing to share your numbers, your failures, and your wins. We operate on total confidentiality.
- The Goal: Your explicit goal is to graduate the program by exceeding $1 million in revenue and transitioning into full EO membership.
